Big MT,Small World
Prologue
Why would the Enclave send scouts out to an area where people were known to vanish without a trace? Why did the radio operator pick up encrypted messages on the airwaves? Why,these were the thoughts running through the head of Andrew Raine, one of the few humans at the Big MT Research Facility. He thought about these thoughts every day and had no answer, until one day…
Chapter 1:Wake-up Call
Knock...Knock...Knock...These were the noises that jarred Andrew Raine from his deep sleep. “Andrew,it’s time for you to wake up.” yelled a voice at the door. “Five more minutes…” responded Andrew in a somewhat annoyed tone. After that he slid out of bed and went over to his closet.Opening it he picked out his outfit for the day,a light blue shirt and beige pants under his department head lab coat. After this he went over to the door and opened it,seeing his neighbor Octavia Lynn he greeted her with a sarcastic smile, “If it isn’t my most “favorite” person in the world.” “It’s not like I wanted to get you out of bed,Klein and the others wanted a meeting with all the department heads.” responded Octavia. “Great, that’s Just the way I wanted to start my day!” responded Andrew in a somewhat annoyed tone. “Let’s go see what they want and then you can get back to your day off.” tempted Octavia. As Andrew and Octavia went to the meeting room, they never thought what happened happened.
Chapter 2:Meeting with the Big Brains
As he and Dr Lynn walked across the facility to get to The Think Tank to meet with the Big MT Execs Arthur sensed that there was something that he wasn’t being told, “Via...is there some reason why you haven’t told me what the meeting is about,if not just tell me.” he inquired. “Andrew, how long have you known me.You know that if there was something I couldn’t tell you I would tell you if I knew.” responded Octavia. “You have a fair point, but this seems weird.First, they call us in for a meeting on one of our two days off a week.Second, they don’t give any context on what the meeting is about.” remarked Andrew.A few minutes later they were inside The Dome,a giant reinforced concrete building in the middle of Big MT,and made their way to reception.Walking through a set of double doors they were in a nice reception room. “How can I help you today?” piped the receptionist. “We are looking for Conference Room 2B.” inquired Andrew. “Through those doors and down the hallway, second door on the left. Will that be all today?” responded the receptionist. “No, that will be all for today.” chimed Dr Lynn.Following the receptionist’s directions they made it to the Conference Room a few minutes before the meeting started.
Chapter 3:The meeting
When they walked into the conference room Dr Klein thanked them for coming on such short notice. “Ok,now that everyone has arrived.Getting down to brass tacks,I would like to welcome a few guests all the way from the Commonwealth.Dr Davis would you like to introduce yourself?” After finishing Dr Klein gestured for a man to get up from one of the chairs and make his way to the stage. The instant the man got up two men in dark coats and masks got up with him. “I bet you are all wondering why people from the Commonwealth are willing to visit a facility all the way on the other side of the country?Let me tell you why.My name is Doctor Brian Davis,I am the current head of the robotics department of the Institute. For the past several years,we have been working on making robots that are indistinguishable from humans,we call our creations the Synth.” “Dr Davis, why would you come here to Big MT to talk to us about that?” questioned Isabella Woods. “If you give me a minute,I will explain. The reason I’m here is because our program scans the brain of a test subject and with only a picture we can make a clone of someone. If you’ve been wondering where Dr Mobius went we had him transported to the Institute and gave him a new synth body. That is all I have to say, thank you for having me.” after finishing Dr Davis and his guards disappeared and in their place was a man that looked like a picture of Dr Mobius.
Chapter 4:Prometheus,Raven,Atlas,and SHADOW
*Three Days Later*
“What did he do?” asked Chief Grady. “Sir,he was responsible for the death of a CIVILIAN.” responded Lieutenant Riley. “A CIVILIAN,what was a civilian doing Here!?!?” questioned Chief Grady angerilly. “We have no idea,Sir!” responded Lieutenant Riley. “What department is he in?” questioned Chief Grady. “Research and Development, sir.” responded Lieutenant Riley. “If so, why would he be under our jurisdiction, wouldn’t that be Andrew’s problem?” questioned Chief Grady. “Fair point, would you like me to transfer him to TSC sir?” inquired Lieutenant Riley. “Not yet,I’ll go see Dr Raine and see if he gives his approval. That will be all Lieutenant, dismissed.” responded Chief Grady. At this Lieutenant Riley went back to guarding the cell block and Chief Grady went to go find Dr Raine. *Back with Dr Raine* “Chief,I don’t know what you are talking about,Dr Sullivan would never kill anyone unless it was an order.” stated Dr Raine. “I know you put Dr Sullivan in high regard, but CCTV footage of the murder was caught near Little Yangtze.” retorted Chief Grady while pulling out his PDA and pulling up the footage. “I don’t know what to say,Dr Sullivan would never hurt another human being, let alone a test subject.” stated Dr Raine with a look of utter befuddlement on his face.At that moment Comms Officer Evans burst through the door. “Dr Raine,Dr Raine, there is something important I must tell you!” stated Comms Officer Evans.Turning to Chief Grady Andrew apologized for the interruption, “I’m sorry Chief, but we will discuss this matter later,I have something important to deal with.”After the Chief left Dr Raine turned to Officer Evans, “So... What is the important message?” inquired Dr Raine. Gathering his thoughts,Officer Evans stated, “We have made contact with Research Outposts 1,2,and 3.We also made contact with 3 targets that we have identified as the Prometheus Facility in Appalachia, the Raven Rock military bunker in Washington D.C.,and the Atlas Summit military base Southwest of Boston. But there was one we couldn’t identify,it is a military military base built around an old Nuclear Missile Facility.Me and the others gave it the codename SHADOW.” “That is good news,as for the other locations,I read files on them but they were heavily redacted, all of the files except for the last one had or still have connections to The Enclave.” stated Dr Raine. “The Enclave?I’ve heard rumors that the Enclave is what remains of the Pre-war Government.” responded Officer Evans. “Preposterous, the Enclave controls an oil rig and a military base in and around New California.” exclaimed Dr Raine. “Sir,would you like me to relay the other targets to Commander Lucian?” inquired Officer Evans.
Chapter 5:Righteous Freedom{Enclave Rising Pt.1}
*3 months later*
*Elsewhere, with Titan Squadron* “Our plan is to take the facility with minimal casualties. We will attack from the Southeast and hopefully take the Security HQ with minimal casualties.Go get your gear,ETA 45 minutes.” reminded Commander Atlas *30 minutes later* “Sir,what’s our ETA?” inquired one of the Titan soldiers. “Boots on the ground in 15,got that?” responded Atlas. Sir,yes, sir!” shouted the other soldiers. *Back with Officer Martin* “Sir...we have a problem.” said Officer Martin in a scared tone. “What is it Martin?” answered Officer Evans. “A squadron of vertibirds are approaching the base.” responded Officer Martin. “Dear god, contact Commander Lucian,NOW! Tell him to sound the air raid siren immediately.” commanded Officer Evans. “Sir,yes, sir!” rebounded the radio and comms operators. With that connection was established with Commander Lucian and his soldiers,Chief Grady and the rest of the Big MT security corps, and the Big MT Execs. *7 minutes later* After landing,Titan squadron soldiers assembled on the bluff overlooking the crater of Big MT listening to the words of their commander “Ok.Chronos, you and your squad will take the comms center.Volts, you and your techs will take the power station.Scorch, you and your men will take the toxins plant. Finally,me and the Elites will take The Dome.Do you all understand your objectives?” “Sir,yes, sir!” responded the soldiers. “For the Enclave,CHARGE!” yelled the commander. With that the soldiers went off to secure their objectives. As the last of the soldiers was out of view Atlas wondered if he was doing this for a good reason. *Meanwhile, with Shadow and Reaper* “Shadow...Reaper,do you copy, over.” “Actual, this is Reaper *The sound of a sniper shot* ,over.” “Good, what about you Shadow, over.” “Actual, this is Shadow, over.” “Good, now that we’ve been able to contact you two, activate the ROGUES,over.” With that;Reaper,Shadow,Wraith,Hades, and Nightwing suited up and grabbed their gear.
Chapter 6:Blessed Freedom{Enclave Rising Pt.2}
*5 hours later*
“Sir,our soldiers are out-numbered and out-gunned,what should we do?” inquired Lt.Matthews.Not receiving an answer he barged into the commander’s office to see two medical personnel carrying a stretcher with a person on it draped in a white sheet. “Oh my god,is that…” Before he could finish one of the medics nodded his head grimly. With this horrifying news Lt.Matthews walked into the commander’s office and went over to the radio console. “Attention all military personnel,I am your new commanding officer.I order all of you to fall back to the dome, immediately.” announced Matthews. With that, all the soldiers fell back to the dome and waited for further orders. *Meanwhile, with the Big MT Execs* “We can’t take it any longer;the longer we fight, the more of our soldiers we lose.I propose we surrender, let’s take it to a vote;to continue fighting, say aye.” proposed Dr Borous. With that there were a few aye’s throughout the conference room.Just then Dr Klein proposed a new idea. “What if we call for a cease fire and negotiate the terms of our surrender.” “Preposterous!Klein,do you really think that people sent here to forcefully take a research facility, would be willing to listen to people that they deem hostiles?” remarked Dr Mobius from the shadows. “Looks like we will just have to see,Mobius.” rebutted Dr Klein. After a while of disputing,Lt.Matthews finally manned up and went out to the balcony overlooking the facility proper waving a torn American flag as a sign of surrender.Lt.Matthews slowly walked down the stairs towards the mass of soldiers,as the soldiers disengaged their weapons Lt.Matthews spoke out to the crowd, “We surrender,on behalf of the Big MT Execs I would like to to extend an olive branch, now can I speak with your commanding officer or officers.” Almost as if right on cue,a vertibird flew in and touched down on the landing pad in front of the dome.Lt.Matthews watched as a man in a military overcoat got out flanked by two men in officer’s uniforms. The man in the overcoat followed Matthews into the dome and into the conference room where the other Big MT Execs and Department heads were present. After sitting down the man in the overcoat introduced himself, “My name is Colonel Richard Claymore, leader of the 1st Armored Infantry Battalion in the Enclave.” “Nice to meet you Colonel. My name is Dr Issac Klein,I am the director of the Big MT Research Facility. Can you tell us why you are here?” stated Dr Klein.A few seconds passed and Colonel Claymore responded, “Dr Klein, the reason we are here is simple. We want to annex Big MT into the Enclave.”
Hello! I`m new in this wiki, so if you don`t mind, I want to ask some questions. I`m sorry if I disturbing you by this post.
So, questions:
Is it possible to make something like NPC/companion character?
Is a photo required for article about character?
Are there RPGs available now? If yes, how to join?
Thank you in advance! I hope I will (by follow the rules) add something interesting here and I won't become a burden!

What happened to almost all of the NCR related articles. I run a few NCR milsims in several games and I used the info on those to base the milsims off, simply cause there doesn't seem to be that level of detail on the actual wiki. Happened to notice that, Hey, all of them are gone with the exception of a select few. Just wondering what happened to them all, Thanks!

Just for clarification, this is a fanfic idea of mine that I can't make into a wiki article because I'm on my phone. If someone wants to make it a wiki article, that's fine by me.
Nuka-Ghouls are a unique subset of ghouls, that have all become ghouls due to their addictions to various Nuka-Cola flavors. Since then they have lived a mostly nomadic life, moving from town to town in search of Nuka-Cola and new recruits. Their ultimate goal is to find a working Nuka-Cola plant and manufacture their own Nuka-Cola on an industrial scale, however so far they have been unsuccessful.
All Nuka-Ghouls, like regular ghouls, started out as regular human beings. However, after the bombs fell the world's supplies of Nuka-Cola became irradiated, causing all those who drink it to slowly get radiation poisoning. While most individuals learned to avoid it, others were addicted to the sugary fluids, and just couldn't stop drinking them. Over the course of years the radiation in the bottles slowly built up in their systems, which, along with their craven addictions to Nuka-Cola, altered their minds and bodies fundamentally.
While the changes vary, due to the exact nuances of each individual flavor that the individual could've been addicted to, there are a few distinct overall changes. Firstly, the individual ghoulifies, with all the changes that entails. However, due to unique chemical properties in the Nuka-Cola, these Nuka-Ghouls do not appear to go feral like regular ghouls do. Unfortunately, their crippling addictions to Nuka-Cola can leave their minds in a feral-like state at times until they get their fix, and they have been known to attack and kill others with their bare hands in their desperation for just a drop. In addition, the sheer amounts of sugar flowing through their veins has changed their blood, giving it a permanently frothy look, and giving it rejuvenating properties of some sort, again depending on the particular flavor they grew addicted to. The blood of any Nuka-Ghoul, if spilled, will heal and/or strengthen others around them, making them a terrifying threat when in groups. Unlike Nuka-Cola itself it doesn't have a calming effect, which seems to be the reason Nuka-Ghouls don't tear each other apart in their frenzies. Nuka-Ghouls also have a noticably bloated appearance due to a considerable buildup of gas, and have been known to expel this gas in combat so violently they actually vomit sugary fluids around the area, similarly healing other Nuka-Ghouls, as well as considerably irradiating their foes and poisoning them. The scent of this vomit-like substance also resembles Nuka-Cola, which attracts the attention of other Nuka-Ghouls in a large radius. However when they aren't in a frenzied state looking for Nuka-Cola, Nuka-Ghouls avoid using this ability, being reasonably disgusted by it.
Nuka-Ghouls, when not frenzied, can blend in with regular members of society, and are known to have created their own communities in the wasteland. They seem to have considerable persuasive abilities against their "thirsty" counterparts, capable of controlling them to a degree. They are however, always distinct from other ghouls due to their unusual coloration, caused by a buildup of artificial dyes in their body. Depending on the flavor, this color varies, with some even causing the afflicted to glow brightly, akin to a Glowing One.
The final and most curious general trait of all Nuka-Ghouls is that they become incredibly strong when it is cold, with all of their abilities doubling in power. Because of this they are greatly feared in Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia, and are a danger to even the most powerful groups during the winter. There's even theories that slain Nuka-Ghouls are revived by a cold winter, however these are still currently unsubstantiated.
The following is a list of Nuka-Ghouls and their distinguishing characteristics (note to self, this list is likely incomplete simply because I haven't memorized every Nuka-Cola flavor.)
Nuka-Cola Ghoul: The basic and most common variant, these are the poor souls who became addicted to regular Nuka-Cola. They are commonly encountered alone, wandering the wastes, and are present in substantial quantities in a Nuka-Ghoul community. These Nuka-Ghouls are a dark brown, and have weak regenerative properties, allowing them to continuously heal their body and their stamina. While potent compared to a regular ghoul or human, their abilities are the weakest of all Nuka-Ghouls.
Nuka-Cherry Ghouls: Slightly rarer than Nuka-Cola Ghouls, and generally confined to the East Coast of the U.S., and the Midwest, Nuka-Cherry Ghouls are the result of people being addicted to Nuka-Cherry. They have stronger healing abilities, and recover stamina faster as well. Their vomit attacks also have a unique explosive force to them, and have a tendency to explode upon dying, showering everyone in the area in their sugary blood. They are distinguishable by a bright red coloration.
Nuka-Wild Ghouls: A rarer variety of ghoul, the Nuka-Wild ghoul is a result of an addiction to Nuka-Cola Wild. Due to that flavor's relative unpopularity compared to Sunset Sarsaparilla, these Nuka-Ghouls are rarer. They are very similar to Nuka-Cola Ghouls, with only a slightly lighter shade of brown being the distinguishing aspect between the two. While they have the healing abilities of a Nuka-Cola Ghoul, their stamina recovery is better, on par with a Nuka-Cherry ghoul. For some unknown reason, regardless of their mental state, these ghouls posses an extreme hostility to Sunset Sarsaparilla, and will attack anyone in possession of it.
Nuka-Quartz Ghouls: Nuka-Quartz Ghouls are the result of an addiction to Nuka-Cola Quartz, and are rarely found on the West Coast of the U.S., and other regions it was sold in. They have the fastest stamina recovery, capable of sprinting and tearing goes apart almost perpetually. However, they lack the regenerative abilities of other Nuka-Ghouls. They are distinguished by a pale white coloration and a bright white glow.
Nuka-Victory Ghouls: A rare type of Nuka-Ghoul, usually found alongside Nuka-Quartz Ghouls, the Nuka-Victory Ghoul is the result of an addiction to Nuka-Victory. They are the complete opposite of a Nuka-Quartz Ghoul, having the strongest healing abilities of any Nuka-Ghoul, able to heal from almost any wound. However, they don't have any enhanced stamina recovery. They are also very deeply patriotic individuals, despite the fact many of them were born after the Great War. Rumours persist of a Nuka-Victory led Enclave group, however the Enclave themselves vehemently deny this. Nuka-Victory Ghouls are distinguished by an orange coloration and bright orange glow.
Nuka-Orange Ghouls: A rarer variety of Nuka-Ghoul, sometimes mistaken for Nuka-Victory Ghouls, Nuka-Orange Ghouls are the result of an addiction to Nuka-Orange. They have impressive regeneration abilities, twice as strong as a Nuka-Cherry Ghoul. They also recover their stamina twice as fast as a Nuka-Cherry Ghoul. Strangely, despite being Ghouls they are highly resistant to radiation, which is why they are one of the rarest varieties. Nuka-Orange Ghouls are a bright orange in color, but not glowing like Nuka-Victory Ghouls.
Nuka-Dark Ghouls: Nuka-Dark Ghouls are a rare variety of Nuka-Ghoul, generally found only around bars and other drinking establishments. They are outcasts, shunned by even other Nuka-Ghouls due to their constant drunkenness. Unlike other Nuka-Ghouls they are never a part of a society for long, as their constant clumsiness, short tempers, and lazy attitudes make them fairly useless and prone to being kicked out. Occasionally the leaders of Nuka-Ghoul communities will recruit Nuka-Dark Ghouls for an assault, and of course frenzied Nuka-Ghouls don't care much about what variety the others are, but that is generally all that even the Nuka-Ghouls can stand of them. Even when not frenzied this variety of Nuka-Ghoul is never armed with a ranged weapon, as their accuracy is very poor. They also lack the constant regeneration and stamina recovery of other Nuka-Ghouls. But while they do have many shortcomings, they are brutally powerful melee opponents, having incredibly high strength and endurance, on par with a Super Mutant. Nuka-Dark Ghouls are black in color.
Nuka-Grape "Ghouls": A very odd bunch, even by Nuka-Ghoul standards, Nuka-Grape "Ghouls" are actually just humans with a severe Nuka-Grape addiction. Due to the chemical properties of Nuka-Grape, Nuka-Grape addicts actually continuously cleanse radiation from their bodies, preventing them from building up enough to ghoulify. They aren't completely unscathed however, as the massive quantities of dye and sugar they have consumed still alters their bodies similarly to the other varieties. They do have some of the stronger healing abilities, equal with the Nuka-Orange Ghouls, who are also similarly radiation resistant. Nuka-Grape "ghouls", often criticized because of their habits and their deep purple color, usually end up joining groups of Nuka-Ghouls, though their still-human bodies mean they are the shortest-lived members. Since their children aren't guaranteed to be Nuka-Grape or even just Nuka-Cola addicts in general, the Nuka-Grape "Ghouls" are pretty rare.
Nuka-Cranberry Ghouls: A rarer Nuka-Ghoul found only in Appalachia, Nuka-Cranberry Ghouls are sometimes mistaken for Nuka-Cherry Ghouls, as they have the same coloration. However, they are one of the weaker varieties, with only a bit more regeneration abilities than a regular Nuka-Ghoul, and no stamina recovery. Nuka-Cranberry Ghouls are unusually skilled workers however, and can be very useful to a Nuka-Ghoul community when they aren't frenzied.
Nuka-Quantum Ghouls: The Rarest and most infamous Nuka-Ghouls of all, Nuka-Quantum Ghouls have immensely powerful healing abilities and almost endless stamina, being only second to the Nuka-Quartz and Nuka-Victory Ghouls in power. They also exude massive amounts of radiation, to the point where those unfamiliar with them initially mistake them for just blue Glowing Ones. They also have highly explosive vomit attacks, and when one dies the explosion is comparable to a Mini-Nuke, as the few foes strong enough to do so have found out. Nuka-Quantum Ghouls are much rarer than most Nuka-Ghouls, but wherever they are found they are inevitably the leader of a Nuka-Ghoul community. Nuka-Quantum Ghouls have a glowing blue appearance.
In addition to these variants there are scattered reports of other unique cases scattered throughout the wasteland, caused by Nuka-Cola addicts mixing different flavors together. Some of these Nuka-Ghouls have bizzare colorations and erratic abilities, others are nothing short of terrifying.
In transferring articles I had written for another server. I had no idea that there was a specified rule for needing permission to make a canonical faction have a branch. I established the branch as to expand the realm of Fanon to the words of Whitley from Lonesome Road. I also saw Henderson's Enclave allowed as a Branch. So I need approval from administrators here. As far as the explanation for the NEED for a separate branch page continue reading.
Many people suspect the Chicago outpost is something which looks like it is out of the Capital Wasteland's research outposts. However Outposts can also be defined as a "remote part of a country or empire." Especially when Whitley believes they have the infrastructure to repair his eyebot. I think Chicago especially in the way which I have written it is a very logical setting point and is crucial in our roleplay verse for several reasons. Including but not limited to,
1.) Explanation of how the Enclave in D.C. magically has manpower despite being only survivors of California unless Raven Rock had it's own population.
2.) Explanation of a nice mid-way point to getting to D.C. If any place at all can be a mid-point for California and be even remotely cannon. It'd certainly be Chicago for the Enclave.
3.) Uniqueness for allowing Characters that do not know the entire background fully of Eden, Richardson, etc. Chicago can be just as in communication for some characters like mine. Yet also be sorta isolated and STILL make sense. Characters who were only children during crucial events may not remember but yet they could still be Enclavers.
Hey folks,
I've been going around and clearing out some pages that were ported over and are not up to the standards of the wiki, Now, these pages are all by pretty much one person who seems to be inactive, but I wanted to talk about it so it doesn't look like I'm just. Deleting the entire wiki. There are also a few things I wanted to touch on for anyone new that wants to create here!
1: If I ever, and I mean ever, delete an article you would like to work on, or one you're currently working on or have worked on, please drop me a talk page message! We can talk it out about restoration and making the page better. you can also hit up @Rooroom48 or @Arcaneous about the page. Unfortunately, we don't have a hive mind, but they can still help you out!
2: Some of these pages are being salvaged for adoption! If you would like to help the wiki out, or aren't sure where to start for your own content, these can be a great jumping-off point. Just make sure you take a peek at our content policy: most of these need a rewrite overhaul for a reason.
3: Seeing these articles, I just want to do a refresher on the willing suspension of disbelief. When you are writing or adopting an article, try to keep it within the realms of possibility. With battles especially, I'm noticing that the number of troops is ranging in the high hundreds of thousands for small areas. Take effects of radiation on fertility into account for this type of situation. It doesn't have to be perfectly realistic, but you shouldn't have militaries the size of those belonging to world superpowers today.
4: Keep in mind what does and does not belong in the Fallout universe. You may not put real-life Fords, Smith and Wessons, and Boeings on the wiki. You may, however, create your own version of these objects with the approval of an administrator or content mod. Approval is needed because, for example, a lot of articles have been written where gigantic militaries in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere are armed to the teeth with Trademarked tanks, flamers, etc. This kinda ties into the above and is just a courtesy that will keep this fanfiction wiki a cut above the rest.
5: Try not to take up entire states. If you do have a state-wide or country-wide faction, do not gaslight girlboss gatekeep others from the region by saying it is the only faction there, or that it will fight all other factions in the region. If you do have one large faction like this, try to keep from having another large faction in the same area, as it may take away the ability from someone else to create there.
TL;DR:
Do your research when creating, reach out to a rights-holder if you need help, and be mindful and courteous to other creators here <3
So, I recently joined this Wiki and I have done some quite interesting things for the Fallout fandom in general in the past.
I need to ask you wonderful people a few questions:
First of all, If I were to make a Wiki about a device or a bit of technology, Does it require a photo?
Secondly, Can I "force" the use of something in the past of a faction? Example: The -INSERT AIRCRAFT NAME- was used by the Enclave after the battle of D.C. for further Recon and Bombing runs?
Finally, Can I make friends on here? And will I have trouble with others If I tell which faction I like or I was a part of in the past?
Hi all! It's about time for another Cool Community Writing Competition, and we're starting it a bit early to give everyone more time! For this one, we're focusing on Valentines day! Come check out the blog post for more info and deadlines :)
Just a random member of a similiar thing. I'm thinking of transfering the work now that the CC prefix has gotten removed. This actually looks like a more serious Fandom.
