Ok so after seeing CaptainCain's new "charecter" (http://ccfalloutroleplaying.wikia.com/wiki/Jayce_Gunfighter) I know it's basicly a joke character but that's not the point of this. The point is that it's made me think about the fact that we do not have a set of rules or policies on that of content making. any thought?

I'm not in favor of any rules dictating the creation of content, but if I were in favor of one... it would be a rule forbidding any article resembling the one Spock mentioned.
Violated quite a bit of common sense, but mostly just heavily disrespected every single RP'er on this wiki.

All I suggested was that this wiki have some ground rules, but fine no rules on content creation, sure. But maybe rules against not making pornographic content? Racism? Just some suggestions.

Where's the pornographic and/or racist content in question? That's already been covered in the rules I linked, regardless... if common sense didn't already cover it.
There's a mature roleplaying board for sexual-themed content, and if you don't want to witness any pornographic content stay out of that section of the wiki.
