The Fallout RP Wiki does not currently have rules for which users can obtain special rights. Users may recieve these rights if they have shown exceptional commitment to the Wiki. To apply for special rights, you currently only must message a bureaucrat to request rights. The bureaucrat will decide based on your history on the Wiki if you have use for the rights. The following users have shown this at some point in time and have earned their place on this page.
