Just a few questions
Was just curious about a few details relating to the backstory of the character.
1. If his family were living within Boulder City why wouldn't they exacuate to escape the fighting between the legion and NCR.
2. Wouldn't they have noticed the NCR placing explosives within the city sometime before the First Battle.
3. How do the surviving family know it was the NCR explosives that killed her the legion were swarming the place before the NCR detonated the explosives, couldn't it have just as likely been the legion who killed her.
